We do try our best to get your order out as soon as possible.

Unfortunately not. Our products are customised/personalised and we require payment upfront via EFT. (Pls note cash deposits incur additional costs). In the past, clients would often enquire and give go-ahead and promise to pay on collection only to never collect. Upfront payment is thus a way for us to ensure the order will be collected.

We courier nationally and mainly use My Courier (locally) or Aramex. Courier charges for your account.
